- We can quickly help you add new products to your existing product lines.
- Lower your cost: We can deliver cost-effective component parts to lower your overall manufacturing cost and increase your margins.
- Expand your market. We can design and develop completely new product lines quickly, and discreetly with minimal capital expenditure.
- Quality and Speed to Market: We work with your team seamlessly to design, engineer, and manufacture high-quality products so you can quickly and confidently go to market.
Our Process
Our process starts with your dedicated project manager who is always located here in the United States. That manager will work as your intermediary with our overseas supply chain and engineering and quality teams.
Initial Project Review
- Product evaluation: Is the project within Skyward’s core competencies?
- Samples or design review: Identify the exact product and requirements.
- Cost Analysis: Quote the product so a clear ROI and marketability can be established.
Development Process
- Drawings or samples are sent to the engineering team, and prototype requirements are established.
- Quality guidelines are established, and prototype order is entered.
- Skyward team approves the prototype and sends to the customer for approval. The customer approves and the PPAP order is entered.
- PPAP samples are sent and approved and the PO for the final order is entered into the system.
- The factory is audited during final production, the first shipment is arranged, and quality control inspects and approves the product. The logistics team coordinates product delivery to the customer’s US warehouse.
